HCA 20th Anniversary Celebration!

Save The Date!!!!!  HCA will celebrate the week-end of March 19--20th.
Please make plans to celebrate with us.


Dinner Celebration

HCA Gymnasium
Tickets are currently on sale at the HCA Finance Office.

This will be a very relaxed evening of fun.
Tickets are $10.00 for 6th grade and up; $5.00 for students through 5th grade.
    

The menu is wonderful. It is as follows:
White Chicken Lasagn
Green Beans
Caesar Salad
Italian Cream Cake
Garlic Bread
Tea

Hamilton Helping Haiti

HCA students are having three fundraisers the month of February for relief efforts in Haiti.  There is a fundrasier for everyone to participate in! Below is a listing of the events:


Hamilton Hands for Haiti
Sponsored by BETA
This fundraiser will be held the week of February 8th --12th
ALL proceeds will be sent directly to Samaritans Purse.
 
   Heroes for Haiti
Sponsored by the HCA Yearbook
This fundraiser will be held on Friday, February 12th
ALL proceeds will be sent to Friend Ship

   Vitamins for Haiti
Sponsored by the NHS
This will take place the week of February 1st---5th
Students may bring vitamins to their first hour class.
NHS will collect these on Friday, February 5th.


HCA Board Nominations

Nominations are currently being accepted for vacancies on the HCA School Board. These nominations are DUE BY MARCH 15th.

Nominations may be submitted to the HCA office, in writing or to the School Board president, Terry Ardizzone. His email address is located on the HCA web site under ADMINISTRATION. 

Nominations must include the following information:

  • person who is nominating
  • name of the person you are nominating
Again, the due date for any nominations is on/by MARCH 15th. Nominations will close by the end of the school day.

Attention Senior \ Senior Parents

Senior Delivery Date is Tuesday, March 9th . Wow, getting close! Balance on your child's order may be paid by check through February 15th. After this date, all balances will need to be paid by cash OR money order.

Community Service hours-- does you child have the amount required?  If not, please encourage your child to find opportunities for the 30 hours of required community service.
Several places such as: Abrahams Tent, Habitat for Humanity, HCA Mission Trip and numerous other opportunities are available.  Winter Break as well as Spring Break bring great blocks of time to do community service.

Remember, forms need to be submitted to the HCA office  upon completion of service hours. DUE DATE FOR  COMMUNITY SERVICE FORMS TO BE SUBMITTED IS APRIL 29th

Just a thought--you may want to make a copy of the completed form for your files. We want to take every step to ensure there are no "unexpected" concerns regarding graduation.


Fellowship of Christian Athletes

Just a reminder that there is a GAME DAY RALLY on February 27th.  Please ask your sponsor for more details. THere is also information available at the HCA office.
